Pickup in every other Friday starting July 26th until September 27th at Pheasant Fields Farm 13274 Clear Creek Rd NW, Silverdale, WA 98383 

Once the season commences, refunds are not available. However, should unexpected circumstances arise preventing you from fulfilling your commitment, please reach out to us. We'll gladly collaborate with you to find the most suitable solution, though the decision to offer refunds during the season rests with Healer's Harvest.

 In case you're away or unable to retrieve your bouquet, we kindly suggest arranging for a friend or neighbor to collect it on your behalf. Regrettably, we are unable to hold bouquets beyond the designated pickup time as our planting schedules are meticulously planned in advance to accommodate our subscriptions. Additionally, we cannot provide extra bouquets for missed pickups. 

 Our crops are grown entirely in open fields, subject to the whims of Mother Nature. Despite our efforts to minimize losses, weather phenomena like droughts, hailstorms, and pests can affect our crops and the availability of flowers for subscriptions. By subscribing, you become a part of our farming journey, sharing both its risks and rewards. Rest assured, we're committed to being as prepared as possible for whatever nature may bring.

Upon receiving your flowers, promptly place them in clean water after trimming the stems. To ensure freshness, ensure that foliage remains above the waterline, and remember to change the water regularly to prevent bacterial buildup. Keep your flowers in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight for optimal longevity. As different blooms have varying lifespans, periodically remove any fading flowers to maintain a vibrant bouquet throughout the week.
